All are welcome to join us at beautiful Elizabeth Park in West Hartford for Tai Chi on the 4th Saturday of each month while the good weather lasts, no charge but donations will be gratefully accepted. Look for Sifu Mike at one end of the park inside the walking circle, under the trees. Wear comfortable clothes and a light pair of sneakers/shoes. No experience necessary, adults of all ages are welcome.
