Butterfly Martial and Healing Arts, est. 1997, is excited to announce that we are planning a visit this November, the first weekend on Sunday, 11/6, from renowned Tai Chi Expert Master Alex Dong, head of the Dong Family Tai Chi System. Master Alex is one of the leading practitioners alive who has learned in a direct family lineage, trained by his father the previous lineage head since he was a small boy. We are planning 2 Sessions: a 2 hour morning session on Tai Chi Principles Through Form, and an afternoon 2 hour session in Tai Chi Tui Shou/Push Hands. All Levels and styles are welcome.
