All people are welcome to join us for this enjoyable class featuring simple but effective methods which promote health, stress relief and harmony for spirit, mind, and body. We will practice various healing meditations and flowing energy exercises from the Burmese, Chinese and other traditions, such as: Compassion Mudra, the Light Mudra, the Unity Mudra, Cloud Breathing, The Phoenix Spreads His Wings, and more.
