I have a new Tai Chi Class series beginning at this wonderful healing arts center in Berlin, CT...they have a large, very comfortable space for tai chi/yoga and the like as well as private treatment rooms for massage/bodywork/energy work. The first class is free on 2/20 at 630pm, followed up by an 8 week series- people can pay a drop in rate or for the whole series, $20 per class.
