All people are welcome to join us for this enjoyable class anytime (class is ongoing) no prior experience needed. Class will feature traditional Tai Chi training and associated elements (Principles, Tai Chi Qigong, Wellness Qigong, Form, and more), please wear comfortable clothes and a light pair of sneakers/ shoes. Tai Chi is often referred to as “Poetry in Motion” or “Meditation in Motion” and promotes stress relief, balance, and harmony for the total being.
