THE REIKI UNITY MUDRA

Hello, so we have created a video on the Reiki Unity Mudra, a.k.a. Arjuna Mudra/Protection Mudra which comes from Dr. Maung Gyi’s Burmese Min Zin and Bando Healing Arts lineage. The video covers the history, intent, and basic uses of this ancient, sacred meditative method. Enjoy.
